The GUM Infographic highlights some concerning findings from our research. These include indications that 40% of elderly people feel lonely, 16% of young people feel depressed and that fewer than 40% of respondents in these groups meet the WHO's recommended daily level of physical activity. It shows 5 keys to success when it comes to organising intergenerational activities focusing on movement.
